Commercial customers can call us for a free sample pack containing all six flavors.

Alamarra Original Style Crêpe Mix is only slightly sweetened so that the crêpes can be served with entrée or dessert fillings. This mix makes a true Parisian style crêpe au froment.

Alamarra Hungarian Crêpe Mix was developed from our family recipe and makes Palacsintas straight from Budapest, Hungary. The aroma from the cinnamon and vanilla is enticing! Hungarian crêpes are great with Nutella, honey & lemon, fruit preserves, berries, and ice creams.

Alamarra Golden Crêpe Mix includes vanilla along with more eggs and sugar. This mix makes an unbelievably rich and addictively delicious sweet crêpe. Golden crepes are great for a crêpe suzette

Buckwheat (Galettes De Sarrasin) Crêpe Mix was developed after sampling the best galettes in Saint Malo, Brittany. This mix makes a true Brittany galette with a uniquely adictive flavor that is ideal for savory and full bodied entrée fillings.

Alamarra Whole Wheat Crêpe Mix is the result of much customer input. This mix is similar to the Original Style Crêpe MIx and can be served with entrée or dessert fillings.

Alamarra Chocolate Crêpe Mix is the result of a long effort to perfect a crêpe with a luxurious rich chocolate flavor. Almost all desert fillings taste better with chocolate.

Alamarra Japanese Crepe Mix is our newest mix and provides the light and sugary crepes that are so popular in the streets of Japan.

Alamarra Original Style Gluten-Free Crepe Mix is only slightly sweetened so that the crêpes can be served with entrée or dessert fillings. This mix makes a true Parisian style crêpe au froment but without wheat glutens.

Buckwheat Gluten -Free (Galettes De Sarrasin) Crêpe Mix was developed after sampling the best galettes in Saint Malo, Brittany. This mix makes a true Brittany galette but without wheat glutens.

Alamarra Produces Crêpe Mixes In Four Package Sizes

Alamarra's crêpe mixes are available in three package sizes for commercial customers and one package size for retail customers. The commercial package sizes are 50 pound boxes and easy to handle 10.5 and 2.6 pound boxes. The boxed 50 pound bags of mix have a plastic barrier between two layers of paper with the top of the bag sewn shut. The 10.5 pound box contains a re-sealable 3 mil polybag of mix. The 2.6 pound box contains two 1.3 pound heat sealed packs of mix. The retail packages contain 1 pound of mix within a heat sealed stand up pouch. The practical shelf life is about two years from the date of manufacture. The batch date and best used before date are printed on each label. Instructions are printed on the labels.

The entire contents of a 10.5 pound box can be put into a large mixer along with about two gallons of water to make a crêpe batter with the ideal viscosity. The contents of each 1.3 pound pack can be mixed with about one quart of water to make a crêpe batter with the ideal viscosity.

We provide free crepe batter spreading trowels to our customers and also provide crepe cones at cost to our customers with carry-out venues. You can find these on our order page.

In January 2005, Alamarra entered the retail food product market with one pound retail packages of Original Style and Hungarian Complete Professional Crepe Mixes. Instructions are printed on the labels.
