Nutritional values for other size crêpes can be
calculated by using a ratio of the ounces of mix for each size crêpe.
For the example of comparing an 8" crêpe with a 12"
crepe, divide 1.36 ounces of mix used per 8" crêpe by 2.08
ounces of mix used per 12" crêpe. The result is 0.65. This
means that an 8" crêpe has 65% of the nutritional value of
a 12" crêpe. Alamarra crêpe mixes contain no preservatives
and no trans-fats.
