Entree Crêpes
Crepe Gatsby - Feta and mozzarella, chicken breast,
sun dried tomato pesto, spinach, fresh mushrooms, scallions, tomatoes,
garlic, sprinkled with romano.
Jambalaya - Mozzarella, cheddar, shrimp, andouille
sausage, mushrooms, scallions, bells, olives, garlic, topped with spicy
creole sauce.
Mama Mia - Cheddar, mozzarella and cottage cheese,
mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, crushed walnuts, basil, garlic and breaded
eggplant. Topped with house made mannara and sprinkled with ramono cheese.
Turkey - Cheddar, turkey, mushrooms, cashews, onions,
black pepper and celery sauteed in sage and thyme. Served with cranberry
sauce on the side.
Pollo Verde - Chedar, chicken breast, bell peppers,
scalliions, mushrooms, and garlic. Topped with our verde sauce with
sour cream on the side.
Special Salsa - Cheddar, avocado, onions, black olives,
green chills, tomatoes, and garlic. Topped with salsa and sour cream
on the side.
Shrimp Creole - Cheddar, bay shrimp, mushrooms, fresh
basil, scallions, bell peppers, garlic. Topped with spicy creole sauce.
Smoked Salmon - Cheddar, locally smoked salmon, tomatoes,
mushrooms, garlic, and scallions. Served with dill sauce on the side.
Seafood - Cheddar, swiss, shrimp or scallops, mushrooms,
scallions, black olives, garlic, and spinach with sour cream on the
side.
Zorba The Greek - Feta cheese with traditional greek
spices, cheddar, egg, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, black olives, spinach,
mushrooms, onion and garlic. With sour cream on the side.
Alexander The Crepe - Cheddar, asparagua, chicken breast,
roasted almonds, mushrooms, garlic and scallions. Served with dill sauce
on the side.
Spinach Supreme - Cheddar, swiss, egg, spinach, ham,
onions, garlic with sour cream on the side.

Cinnamon Swirl - Walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, and
a bit of cheddar. Topped with whipped cream.
Buttered Crepe - With topping choices.... Apricot jam,
honey, maple syrup, sugar and cinnamon, apple butter, strawberry jam,
blackberry jam, chocolate sauce.
